We are given the stats of Hank McCoy being 5'-11" and 402 lbs.  But what does that even look like?

Here are some bodybuilders to help give you an idea of height and weight.  Keep in mind that it takes YEARS (and often steroids) to achieve this amount of bulk.

Kai Greene.  Height 5'-7.5".  Weight 275lbs competing, 300lbs off season.

Phil Heath. Height 5'-9".  Weight 240lbs competing, 270lbs off season.

Branch Warren. Height 5'-6".  Weight 245lbs competing, 275lbs off season.

Dennis Wolf. Height 5'-11".  Weight 275lbs competing, 315lbs off season.

Since Dennis Wolf is the closest to both height and weight for Hank, let's see how he looks compared to a guy in a suit (who also works out, but not as much).  This is from the 2013 Olympia where he won 3rd place.

Why are we looking at bodybuilders and not other physiques?  Great question.  Hank is always shown with the ideal X frame that bodybuilders strive to have - broad shoulders/chest/back, narrow waist, large sweeping quads.  If Hank had been depicted in some other way, such as a powerlifter or as a strongman competitor, then I would look at those physiques instead.

Hank does have larger forearms and hands, lower legs and feet, and usually a thick chest and back.

Does this type of body come with problems?  Yes.  One of the big problems with a muscular body is actually finding clothes that fit.  If you find something that fits your waist, it often doesn't fit your thighs - unless it's stretchy.  Muscular arms can lead to problems finding shirts, jackets, and anything with sleeves to fit properly - unless it's stretchy.  There are now specialty stores that make men's suits for bodybuilders.  When it comes to the chest and back, you're not just dealing with additional width, but also depth (thickness of muscle).  Again, it's hard to find things to fit properly if it doesn't have some stretch to it.  The other ways to go about finding clothes is to a) wear ill-fitted oversized things, b) hit up a tailor, or c) find some specialty stores.

I am a natural bodybuilder (that means no steroids) in the figure division and I have problems finding stuff that fits.  If you're ever wondering why Hank is always running around in shorts or a speedo, it's because it's stretchy and fits.  Also, as a bodybuilder, I just want to say that finding pants to accommodate glutes and big quads is often hard to find.

To naturally be HUGE (402 lbs is huge) as Hank is supposed to be would have made life difficult.  I'm guessing he went through a phase of wearing ill-fitting oversized clothing until he could get himself to a tailor.  Since Hank kind of likes his suits, I'm guessing he opts for using a tailor.  Also, I would imagine that he gets very particular about his "good" clothing.
